Firmus Elekter OÜ is an electrical contractor for businesses, property managers and apartment associations in Tallinn and Harju County, Estonia. We build, renovate, operate and maintain electrical and lighting installations, install and maintain low-voltage and automation systems, and carry out electrical installation audits and measurements. We are a member of Eesti Elektritööde Ettevõtjate Liit (EETEL), the Estonian association of electrical contractors, and we give a two-year warranty on our work.

- Electrical operation and maintenance. Under a maintenance contract we operate, inspect, maintain and repair your electrical installation and keep the safety documentation up to date. In Estonia, a low-voltage installation with a main fuse above 100 A needs an appointed operation manager (käidukorraldaja) and an operation plan (käidukava). How we work
- Enquiry and site visit. Describe the work in the form below or call us. If needed, we visit the site, inspect the installation and confirm the scope.
- Quote. We prepare a quote broken down by labour and materials.
- Work. The work is managed by a certified electrical works manager and done under a contract on the agreed schedule.
- Handover. We hand over the documentation and as-built drawings. Our work comes with a two-year warranty.
Frequently asked questions
Who is allowed to do electrical work in Estonia?
Only a company registered in the Estonian Register of Economic Activities (MTR) with a certified electrical works manager. Firmus Elekter is a member of EETEL and holds all certificates required for electrical work.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. We give a two-year warranty on our work. Installed materials and equipment are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
When does a company need an operation manager for its electrical installation?
When the main fuse of a low-voltage installation is rated above 100 A, the owner must appoint an operation manager and prepare an operation plan. Firmus Elekter can take over this role under a maintenance contract.
